Processing Time

Most in-stock orders ship within one business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take a little longer, but we'll always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and other major carriers when appropriate. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order, package size, weight, and destination.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates from the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact transit times.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we'll gladly reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We carefully package every order, but occasionally shipping carriers have a rough day.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue and make things right whenever possible.

International Shipping

At this time, North Star Discovery ships within the United States. If we expand international shipping in the future, eligible destinations and rates will automatically appear during checkout.
